Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage (mild or spicy, depending on preference)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained well
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix (or similar)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick.
  3. Mix thoroughly until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1–1½ inch balls. Place them evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
