Ingredients:
- 5 lbs russet potatoes, cubed
- 2 smoked sausage links, sliced
- 1–2 lbs fresh green beans, washed
- 3–5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 packets onion soup mix
- Optional: shredded cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch
Instructions:
- Boil cubed potatoes 5–8 minutes until slightly tender, then drain well.
- In a bowl, mix sausage and green beans with 2–3 tbsp olive oil and 2 packets onion soup mix.
- In another bowl, toss drained potatoes with 1–2 tbsp oil and 1 packet onion soup mix.
- Spread everything on a sheet pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, flip, then bake another 25 minutes.
- Broil until crispy and serve. Add toppings if desired.
