Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Prepare Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Spread the chicken bacon ranch mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Place the top layer of rolls back on.
  4. Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Slice and serve warm.

Tips:

  • Add sliced jalapeños for heat.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Replace Ranch with Caesar or Chipotle sauce for a flavor twist.
