Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Crumble:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Pie Base:
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter (for the filling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peanut butter crumble
Instructions:
- Make the Peanut Butter Crumble:
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix with a fork until crumbly. Set aside. - Prepare the Filling:
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding until thickened.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
Stir in ½ cup creamy peanut butter until smooth and fluffy. - Assemble the Pie:
Sprinkle about half of the peanut butter crumble evenly in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Spread the creamy filling over the crumble.
Top with the remaining peanut butter crumble or save some for garnish. - Chill:
Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set. - Serve:
Add whipped cream on top if desired and slice to serve.
