Peanut Butter Oreo No-Bake Pie

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 1 regular package Oreos
  • 1 stick (½ cup) melted butter

Filling

  • 2 blocks cream cheese (16 oz total), softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Topping

  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Mini or crushed Oreos
  • Reese’s cups, chopped
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (for melting and drizzling)

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust

  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until fully coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13 pan.
  4. Freeze while preparing the filling.

2. Prepare the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Pie

  1. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  2. Top with the remaining 8 oz Cool Whip and smooth the surface.

4. Add the Toppings

  1. Microwave the ¼ cup peanut butter for about 30 seconds until melted and pourable.
  2. Sprinkle mini or crushed Oreos and chopped Reese’s cups over the top.
  3. Drizzle the melted peanut butter across the surface.

5. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  • Slice and enjoy.
