Slow Cooker Baby Carrots with Honey and Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for warmth

Instructions:

  1. Add the baby carrots to the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the carrots and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the carrots are tender.
  5. Stir well before serving and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. If desired, sprinkle a small pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
