Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch slices
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- In a measuring cup, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, and sea salt.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a large bowl and pour the mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour any remaining mixture from the bowl over the top and sprinkle with a bit more sea salt.
- Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Once tender, broil for a few minutes until beautifully caramelized.
