Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
3. Coat the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece, coating them completely.
4. Bake
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
5. Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
