Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mini or chopped full-size peanut butter cups
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the peanut butter cups evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the candy layer.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top — don’t stir!
  5. Pour evaporated milk evenly over the cake mix to moisten it.
  6. Drizzle melted butter across the top, and if you like, add chocolate chips for extra richness.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is set and bubbly at the edges.
  8. Cool slightly before serving — it’s delicious warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
