Crispy Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Cotton candy (any colors you like)

Instructions

  1. Make the Filling:
    In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Form the Bombs:
    Take a small handful of cotton candy and gently flatten it out. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
  3. Wrap and Seal:
    Fold the cotton candy around the filling, forming a ball shape. Roll gently with your hands to seal.
  4. Chill (Optional):
    Place the cheesecake bombs on a tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
  5. Serve:
    Enjoy immediately for the fluffiest texture, or serve chilled for a cool, creamy bite.

Tip: Work quickly cotton candy melts with moisture, so assemble just before serving!
