Ingredients :
Pasta & Beef:

1 box bowtie pasta

2.25 lb ground beef

Salt & pepper
Cheese Sauce:

8 oz cream cheese
-
16 oz Velveeta
-
1 can cream of chicken soup
-
½ cup milk
Optional Garnish:

Fresh parsley
Instructions :

Cook Pasta:
Boil bowties in salted water until al dente. Drain in colander. -
Brown Beef:
Cook ground beef in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Break apart with beef masher. Drain fat; season. -
Melt Cheese Sauce:
In same pot (low heat), combine cubed Velveeta, cream cheese, and soup. Stir with spatula until smooth (5 mins). Add milk if needed. -
Combine:
Stir beef into sauce. Fold in pasta until coated. -
Serve:
Garnish with parsley. Optional: Top with extra shredded cheddar!
