Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients :

Pasta & Beef:

  • 1 box bowtie pasta

  • 2.25 lb ground beef

  • Salt & pepper

Cheese Sauce:

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 16 oz Velveeta

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • ½ cup milk

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions : 

  1. Cook Pasta:
    Boil bowties in salted water until al dente. Drain in colander.

  2. Brown Beef:
    Cook ground beef in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Break apart with beef masher. Drain fat; season.

  3. Melt Cheese Sauce:
    In same pot (low heat), combine cubed Velveetacream cheese, and soup. Stir with spatula until smooth (5 mins). Add milk if needed.

  4. Combine:
    Stir beef into sauce. Fold in pasta until coated.

  5. Serve:
    Garnish with parsley. Optional: Top with extra shredded cheddar!
