3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls (With Cream Cheese)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
