2 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. can of chocolate frosting
  • 2 ½ cups creamy peanut butter divided

Method:

  1. Prepare the dish:
    Line an 8”x8” square glass baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring enough overhang to lift the fudge out later.
  2. Melt the fudge mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate frosting and 2 cups of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Layer the fudge:
    Spread about one-third of the melted fudge mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Add peanut butter drops:
    Drop the remaining ½ cup of peanut butter in small spoonfuls (about ½ to 1 teaspoon each) over the first layer of fudge.
  5. Top layer:
    Spread the remaining melted fudge mixture evenly over the peanut butter drops.
  6. Chill and set:
    Refrigerate the fudge for about 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Serve:
    Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into pieces.
