Ingredients:
- 1 box spice cake mix (about 15.25 oz / 432 g)
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz / 425 g)
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a standard loaf pan (9×5 inch) or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy!
