Quick & Easy 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 box spice cake mix (about 15.25 oz / 432 g)
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz / 425 g)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grease a standard loaf pan (9×5 inch) or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
