Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, pepper, and vegetables if using.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and crushed crackers.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
