Christmas Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag of ice
  • 5 cups 100% cranberry juice (40 oz, NOT cocktail)
  • 2 bottles dry sparkling wine (Champagne, Cava, or Brut Prosecco – 750 ml each)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 ½ cups diet ginger ale
  • 1 ½ cups dark rum or brandy
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Chill all ingredients beforehand.
  2. Add ice to a large punch bowl.
  3. Pour in cranberry juice, sparkling wine, apple cider, ginger ale, and rum.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Add orange slices and cranberries on top. Serve cold.
