Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz bacon bits, divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 oz cooked bacon, chopped
- 2½ Tbsp ranch seasoning powder
- ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix pecans, ¼ cup shredded cheddar, ¼ cup bacon bits, and 2 Tbsp green onions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, remaining bacon, remaining cheddar cheese, remaining green onions, and ranch powder. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the topping mixture until fully coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve with crackers.
