Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 sleeve of crackers (such as Town House)
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• pepper, to taste
• 1 dry ranch dressing seasoning packet
• 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Instructions:
1. Crush the crackers into fine crumbs using a Ziploc bag and rolling pin to make sure they stick well to the chicken.
2. Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and dry ranch packet to the crushed crackers. Mix everything together.
3. Lightly coat each chicken breast with ranch dressing.
4. Cover the chicken completely with the cracker and cheese mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.
5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×12 inch baking dish.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
