Ingredients:
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 large box (6 oz) raspberry Jell-O
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- Walnuts & craisins for topping
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat the cranberry sauce with the raspberry Jell-O until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 8×8 dish and chill until firm.
- Beat the cream cheese and crushed pineapple together until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled cranberry layer.
- Top with walnuts and craisins, then chill again until ready to serve.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
