Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Cream Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained very well
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes (for topping)
  • Extra pineapple tidbits for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix together until thick and smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until creamy and airy.
  3. Mix in the well-drained pineapple, saving a few pieces for garnish.
  4. If desired, fold in the shredded coconut.
  5. Spoon into a serving bowl and shape into a fluffy peak.
  6. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top and add the reserved pineapple tidbits.
  7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
